Returns & Exchanges

If a piece is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

Conditions

• Unused, with all tags, packaging and the dust bag
• Original order number quoted
• Personalised or monogrammed items cannot be returned unless faulty

How to start a return

Email hello@leatherpur.com with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a courier pickup.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Warranty

Every Leatherpur piece carries a one-year stitching warranty. Beyond that, we repair at cost, forever.
